3. Ordering, Payment and Delivery

To purchase any eBooks available on our website, you must submit a completed order form. Your order will only be accepted if we are able to receive full payment at the time of acceptance. 4. Prices
The price of each Product will be the recommended retail price displayed on our website on the date of your order, subject to any unintentional pricing errors, whether technical or otherwise, unless a special promotional price or discount is indicated for the Product.
If there are multiple discounts available (such as promotional offers or personal discounts), they are not cummulative.
The listed price includes any applicable Value Added Tax and represents the final prices that customers have to pay.
We reserve the right to change the prices of items listed on this website at any time without notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business for any reason.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, once an eBook has been ordered, paid for, and received by the customer, we do not offer refunds.

The processing time for each refund may vary based on the specific circumstances. Once approved, refunds will be processed within five business days.
By purchasing an Ebook for immediate download, you consent to the immediate download and agree that your right to cancel the order within the 14-day Cooling Off Period will not apply. We cannot postpone the download of Digital Goods until the Cooling Off Period has passed.
